Ugh! I have had mt Tab for a month and can not drag and drop files or share anything with my computer. I am receiving this:

ToolLauncher-Bootstrap.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close...

Verizon even sent me a new Tab and I get the same message when I plug it into my computer. What am I missing? FYI, the option to Mount does not show up in "Notifications." The only way you can tell it is plugged in is the lightning bolt in the battery icon. Really frustrated! I have tried with and without VCast Media installed. Don't know what to do...

Sounds more like a problem with your computer as two different tabs have the same behavior.  What kind of computer are you using and what OS?  Do you have anything else that has a problem with that USB port?  Have you tried to link the tab to a different computer?
